This body, strength training workout uses a variety of equipment, including dumbbells and resistance bands, to build strength and endurance. This class consists of performing a series of repetitive exercises, working with time intervals, in which the music will fuel your fire and you will be motivated to give your best. In "Sculpt" you also move, sweat, sculpt, develop strength and resistance but here is no combination with yoga, it is only „SCULPT“.

In this class we are going to flow from traditional sun salutations to sequences of postures, building strength, improving balance, flexibility and detoxifying the body. The focus of the class will vary constantly so that one day we flow in a faster rhythm, getting the heart rate up with the well know Vinyasa style while other times we keep it mellow and move smother, slower.

Limited to 5 participants in order to assist each of them during the class. Muscles, joints and coordination benefit from assisted stretching.
Although we are able to stretch our own muscles, when the force is applied from the outside, in this case, by the trainer, the muscle is in a more relaxed state. This allows greater levels of joint range to be reached and therefore increases the effectiveness of stretching.
